Wildcat Heir racks up fourth stakes winner of 2014

Wildcat Heir, Florida’s top-ranked sire of 2014, got his fourth stakes winner of the year on Saturday when One More Wild Ride scored by 3 1/4-lengths in the Arizona Oaks at Turf Paradise (VIDEO).

Wildcat Heir is the only Florida sire with a graded stakes winner this year (Wild Dude in the Grade 2 Palos Verdes S.) and leads all Florida stallions with 24 winners to date.

Saturday’s victory was the first stakes win for the 3-year-old filly trained by Robertino Diodoro, co-owner along with Charles Garvey. Bred in Florida by Crane South, One More Wild Ride is out of Tigress Express and is a half-sister to a pair of stakes-placed winners.
